Alex has worked with children and adolescents in the education sector as a school psychologist and as an assessor. Alex is proficient using different tests to identify intellectual, developmental and specific learning disorders using appropriate psychometric tools including, Wechsler assessments such as the WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-III, as well as adaptive and behaviour assessment tools such as the Vineland-3, ABAS-3 and others. Alex can identify children’s strengths and areas of difficulty to develop personalised and goals-appropriate recommendations and strategies. She can discuss with parents and families ways to help children function to the best of their capability across different areas to optimise their wellbeing.

Alex is also able to develop appropriate treatment programs and deliver evidence-based psychological support to adults experiencing anxiety and depression.
